Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Because your experience is fully customized and reserved exclusively for you, deposits are non-refundable.
We understand that life happens, and one reschedule is allowed within 60 days of your original date, subject to availability.
Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled service are charged in full.
Valentine’s and holiday experiences are offered on limited dates and are not eligible for rescheduling.
